InsureMatter - Insurance Agency Management System
Overview
InsureMatter is a custom-built solution I developed to simplify and digitize the workflow of an insurance agent. The idea originated when I noticed how my friend, who works as an insurance agent, was manually handling leads through notes and managing client details in Excel. This process was time-consuming, unorganized, and limited in terms of accessibility.
To address this, I designed and built InsureMatter - a web-based platform that helps insurance agents manage leads, clients, employees, and policies in one place. With InsureMatter, agents can now operate their business efficiently, access data from anywhere, and provide employees with the right tools to work effectively.
Key Features
Login & Agency Setup : Agents can set up their agency profile with details such as education, achievements, and awards. This profile doubles as a public-facing page to share with potential clients, which also helps in generating new leads.
Employee Dashboard : Agents can add employees and assign them individual dashboards. Each employee can manage their own leads, clients, and policy data, ensuring smooth workflow distribution.
Complete Management System : Centralized management of all major aspects of the insurance business, including:

Data Import & Export : Legacy data can be quickly imported into the system or exported whenever needed, making transitions seamless.
Impact
With InsureMatter, my friend can now generate and track leads, convert them into clients, manage his workforce, and handle claims and policies — all through a single platform. This has not only streamlined his daily operations but also made his business more scalable and accessible outside of the office.
